Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Look after CRM and work on mail on a regular basis
  • Attend live chats and inform your senior immediately when
  • Updates the CRM accurately on a daily basis
  • Timely Revert To Customers without any Missing Information
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Confirm with concerned staff that follow-up is done with non-converted Clients

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in the English Language 
  • Good coordination skills
  • Should be confident in the approach
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Some Experience will be an added point

Qualification

The candidate should have minimum following Qualification:
